What Exactly Does 'Find More From Same' Allow Me to Do?

You can find similar files to those found in a search by right mouse clicking and selecting 'Find More From Same', and picking an option (e.g. artist, album or user). The user option lets you see other files that the user has shared.

At various times you will be able to find new files that have something in common with a file you already have. For instance, you can find files:

  • from the same artist (audio/music, documents, image)
  • from the same album (audio/music)
  • from the same publisher (video, software)
  • from the same user (playlists)**

Just right mouse click on the file that you are referring to, select 'Find More From Same' and select the appropriate option. Only available options will be shown in black. (Unavailable options for this file will be grayed out).

If you use any of the 'Find More From Same' search options the current search will be replaced by the new search.

**Find More From Same User’ function is disabled by default in Kazaa Plus.

By using the ‘Find More From Same User’ function, any user who downloads from another user, or allows another user to download from them can access the full list of files in the other users’ 'My Shared Folder'. In Kazaa Plus this feature is disabled by default, which means that the files you share can only be seen by you.

Enabling the ‘Find More From Same User’ function

If you want to enable the 'Find More From Same User' function, go to: Tools > Options > Privacy. At the bottom of the Privacy tab check the box marked 'Allow other users to browse 'My Shared Folder'.
