1.2 Million Request Tickets for Jackson Memorial

Lottery to Determine Who Attends Michael Jackson Memorial

By Saturday afternoon 1.2 million fans had requested tickets to the memorial tribute that will take place in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Estimates say that the number could reach as high as 2 million by the Sunday. Unfortunately space is limited for this viewing and only 8,750 people will win 2 tickets each to attend the event at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.

Winners will be announced on Sunday with most likely to be disappointed by the result. The remains of Jackson will not be present at the event and a plethora of stars are set to perform tributes to the undisputed “King of Pop”. Inside sources say that Jennifer Hudson will definitely be performing on Tuesday.

Despite the singer dying 10 days ago there is no knowledge where he will be laid to rest. Neverland Ranch appears to have been finally ruled out as a possibility.
